Incredible Customer Service
After trying their product from a friend, I ordered a delivery and paid for express shipping to receive ahead of a trip I had planned the next weekend. Two weeks later I had yet to receive the delivery and reached out to customer support. John responded over the weekend letting me know my delivery was stuck at UPS, and offered to refund my express shipping cost (since it was already longer than standard shipping), and redeliver my order free of charge! That’s some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I greatly appreciated the quick response, understanding of my situation, and corrective action. They got a customer for life!
