Ordered a large aluminium poster which was delivered quickly and appeared good quality. The poster was hung on the stairs using the fixings provided and within 90 minutes the poster had fallen. The bracket had unstuck from the poster!! The poster is now damaged, dented and scratched. Further to this my wall is also damaged!! I attempted to reach out to printer pix via email almost 7 days ago, I sent a further follow up email 2 days again and had ZERO response! It appears customer service is non existent from this company and they have left me with no other option but to raise a charge back. Stay away from this company they clearly are not interested in providing ANY customer service when things go wrong.
