Avoid this platform
Booked hotel room for 3 people , arrived and only one double bed no sofa bed ? Forced to sleep on floor ,no coffee facilities and room was filthy will never use Expedia again !!! Awful customer service attitude! Expedia customer service is useless ! Already contacted useless help desk ? Sad Expedia trying to portray themselves as caring . Why not reply to this as to what you are going to do ??
