The graphics in the UGI could be better…
The graphics in the UGI could be more user friendly. Even the guy on the phone couldn't find a single party form to replace my Multi managed form. It turns out, in Texas that's okay because the wife and I are the only members which does translate to single party structure. But I was confused for a bit and felt like my search for answers was only returning with upsells. The one upsell I did fall for was credited back by the human on the line I was finally able to get into contact with.
