Disconnected data on an unlimited plan, worst customer service
Disconnected data on an unlimited plan halfway through the month. Called four times chatted with the chat by, was promised it would happen within 2 hours 6 hours later promised again within 2 hours and at the end 22 hours passed before I could call the service team again because they had outright lied and nobody was going to call. Their offices will literally closed for most of that 22 hours and I still haven't received the call. My dad still doesn't work and their service was completely useless the only thing I needed my phone for did not work.
