V-Shred has good customer service, in the end
Back on Dec. 15 20025 I contacted customer service via their chat feature. I wanted to know how to cancel my subscription. This feature as you can imagine isn't readily apparent. Well the customer service person or bot provided guidence, and as I had recently iterated through the app i was confident I could effectivly cancel. ... Skip forwar to 6 months later. I notice Im still being charged. Bad on my part to not have seen their charge sooner. Anyhow, I go back to the chat feature and say, hey I thought I canceled my subscription and they, reply somthing to the effect of "your now canceled. expect no more charges. I say wait a minute, i though i canceled a while back. to which they say basicaly we told you how, and you didnt do it. I asked for a 6 month refund, they said sorry, how about 3 months. Well, in the end, V-Shred honored my request for a refund of 6 months. Making for a good cunsomer service experience.
