I got a faulty item and it's impossible to return it now. I tried to send the form on the website but it was broken. I also created two tickets via the chatbot. No response after weeks of waiting. Also, the 75% off for new customers didn't work for me. The books would be nice if not faulty in a few places. It's not a total disaster but all in all I'm not happy.
