I ordered a product from Lumin
I ordered a product from Lumin. Got several emails offering other products which I didn't want nor need. Eventually 'Sarah' stopped sending emails but I've never received my original offer. Requested cancellation plus refund, as tracking stated 'unavailable'. Refused after 3 requests, including the 'couldn't be found' message from tracking. Lumin is not a company I could possibly recommend.
