Too busy and crowded.
Scam? Update - not a scam just terrible customer service
Update - after leaving this review Vshred have reached out and agreed to a refund I purchased this via Facebook on March 18th. The payment went through immediately but I have received NOTHING, no confirmation, no access, nothing. I sent an email on March 27th and received a reply "We’ve received your message and our Customer Experience crew is on it. Due to an unusually high number of contacts, responses may take a little longer than usual, but we’re working hard to get back to you as soon as possible.” They obviously had the correct email at that point but 2wks later, still nothing. They did agreed to a refund after I added this review
