我已经打电话并花了几个小时与他们的客户服务人员交谈（他们很友善，即使效率低下）。 I've requested repeatedly and very clearly for my Wordpress site to be restored to the new domain, which I've been promised by many customer service members that they could, and for which I was charged a fee to achieve. I was encouraged to switch from my current hosting site to the Network Solutions one, at which point I confirmed repeatedly that my previous site could be retained and all previous editing capacities would remain. They first struggled to recover my domain, then reverted my site to a Weebly site that I haven't used for 5+ years, and have continued to email me about that site with no mention of my Wordpress - even claiming they'd "solved" my escalated issue by stating the Weebly site is incompatible.我的网站仍然无法运行。由于我的网站瘫痪了几个月，我付出了巨额金钱——这对我来说是生意上的损失。 This is not to mention that I was not notified officially that iPage had been bought by Network Solutions (at the very least iPage told me they'd bought Fat Cow), and who checks from a sender as generic as "Network Solutions"?我还要求他们更新联系电子邮件，同时他们继续将所有时间敏感的电子邮件发送到我的旧电子邮件。每次我打电话，他们都很友善，但声称问题应该在一天左右解决。当我一周后必须打电话询问最新情况时，不清楚有人为我做了什么。 我再次被搁置（一个多月没有一个我承诺的正常运行的网站）。如果这不意味着再次购买我的域名，并失去我花在设计网站上的数百个小时，我会离开。我差点称这是一场骗局。
