If there was a way I could give a zero rating I would, although I know it says to park at our own Bill our car was vandalized not once but twice they had a Porter there named Jeff. He was the only one that was concerned about my kids. He called up, asking for a trashcan. The other guy would not bring a trashcan saying that they were not going to bring a trashcan because that Intel that they were at fault, then the lady at the front desk named Candy was rude with me would not give me the day. They happen to make a police report. They did not make a police report when they found it better yet let it sit for an additional six days until we got back no police called no nothing and then the other guy that would not give a trashcan when I went in to talk to her and say if it was your vehicle, you would be upset too said oh she didn’t talk rude to you and they all taken up for each other. The only one was the guy named Jeff that picked us up from the airport was super nice. Helped us cleaned out all the glass for us. Never mind you we found this at 11 o’clock at night and he was the only one that was concerned about my kids, well-being and sitting in all the glass and everything that these people had done vandalizing my car twice. She wouldn’t even give me the detailed where Jeff had said when it happened or anything. I asked her when the incident occurred and she said she didn’t know they would not give me any information to help me and was rude to me to boot.
