Exceptional Service & I learned important Info for future
My issue wasn unusual. I use id.me for VA access and it showed the IP of what was a Brazilian site. The only commonality was that I was running on San Jose, CA servers and the phantom IP was San Jose, Costa Rico. CS Rep Oriana Landeta gave me a link to check my IP validity and I submitted the data for NordVpn to review. All were flagged as USA and no phantom address appeared. Oriana, the CS specialist took time to clearly explain what might have happened and why. The entire experience was above and beyond the norm!
