Have an actual human talking to people. I gave this rating because of the multiple times I reached out and only found phone numbers to AI call services. On the other hand I would give it 5 if it was only based on interaction with John. John was helpful with communicating what is wrong and and what needs to be fixed. He was able to explain what was covered and what wasn't. He was also friendly to talk to and felt at peace with talking to him
