A very mixed review; customer service lacking
The product -- both the honeycomb, room-darkening, heat-reducing shades in my bedroom and the shutter blinds in my kitchen -- is wonderful. I have to take off points, however, for delays caused by initial errors made in constructing the kitchen blinds, which caused not only a delay to have them manufactured to the correct size but a frustrating experience trying to contact my assigned customer service rep, Lorraine. In the last couple weeks before the correctly-manufactured kitchen blinds arrived, Lorraine never answered the phone and did not return any of my myriad messages, emails and text messages. Eventually, I had not one but two trouble tickets opened to solve my problem. It just took too long. I ordered all the blinds in March and the work was completed in July. On the plus side, salesperson Amy A. was great, very thorough, helpful and had a great eye for what would work for me. She did an outstanding job with that. Also, both installers (Isaac, who I understand is no longer with the company) and Christian were timely, courteous and efficient in their work. I understand things go wrong, so I was not too upset when the couple of kitchen blinds had to be redone. But when Lorraine repeatedly failed to return my calls and messages, that's when I was really disappointed. So overall, I have to give you a very mixed review. I could go into more detail, but I'm sure you have on record all the communication I've had with you, documented as to what happened when. Thank you for seeking my input. At this point, I'm really not sure what I would tell friends: whether or not I would recommend 3Day Blinds to them. ... Oh, also, I have received MANY emails and texts about reviewing 3Day Blinds. Please discontinue all of those on my behalf. Thank you for a good product and have a great rest of your summer.
