DO NOT rent in America Rent a Car!!!
DO NOT rent in America Rent a Car!!! Really bad experience. I rented a car with the “surprise rental company” that does not tell you who you are renting from. When we arrived in Miami not only the place is shady with no air conditioning, but also understaffed. Made us wait for a very long time. While waiting a man came in the office yelling that his $2,500 deposit had not yet been refunded and that their phone numbers did not work and nobody answered. I didn’t want to risk that amount of money. People around me were not taking the cars and saying the place was a scam, charging ridiculous fees. I did not feel comfortable with that and left to go to sixt were the deposit was only $200. NEVER rent from that company, NEVER rent when you are not told which company you will get your car from. Rentigcarz did not help me get my money back. Rentingcarz should not have that rental car in their website.
