Do not use this company. Everything with this company went wrong since they took over from Crystal Spring. In January they left 2 Jugs of water on a Saturday in the freezing cold outside the office door on a day that we are usually closed. The sign is on the door. The jugs froze. Their fees and charges were outrageous. I tried 3-4 times to cancel my account They were given instructions to pick up a water dispenser that is at least 12 years old . the driver came and left without the dispenser. for the next 3 months charges went from $79.00 to $250.00. Save yourself a big headache , choose another company I finally paid them off today and I'm hoping that they will come to get their dispenser by tomorrow.
