Reserved a late night review of hotel room, we had to make changes we called the Quality Inn Schaumburg IL and they said to contact expedia. We then jumped on a plane, so we used the cancel button of the Expedia reservation while in the air using WiFi. Expedia website acknowledged the cancellation and moved to the next screen to reserve another hotel for $0 as we already paid Expedia $367. We reserved another hotel room, the credit card was billed again for $367 for another room. I called Expedia this morning and they said it's our fault that this happened we should have called. When their website led us exactly down the wrong path. We never checked into the Quality Inn and we paid over $700 for two hotel rooms when we utilized one. We will never use Expedia or Quality Inn again
