I have been using your hair for years and this is unacceptable!
I have been using your hair for years. My last set lasted for a year. But my most recent order has been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I ordered new hair for my son's wedding in April and by June it was already falling out and had lost over 3 inches! My hairdresser reached out and even sent in one of my pieces to you and while you have responded you haven't said yet what you are going to do and haven't replaced my hair. I have had extensions for over 15 years and this is by far the worst my hair has ever looked! I need this resolved immediately!
