Excellent customer service
Their customer service has been very responsive and helpful. Overall, a good app and program. However, I asked for a refund because their program algorithm won’t accommodate anyone over 300 pounds (I weigh 325). I wish they had at least a 3 day trial so I could’ve found that out before subscribing.
