The electronic Sim did not work after calling in for assistance I was told to cancel this get a refund and purchase another plan with a SIM card after doing all this I am unable to get the refund even though it is stated within 48 hours you're allowed a refund I did it within an hour. I have been emailing and associate who verified 7 to 10 days I should get a refund in which I haven't I have not heard back from the company as at this point they're ignoring my emails I have not received a refund and I have to file a claim with my credit card company to get the money back this is a very big inconvenience and I can say I'm not a fan. Also tonight it is taken 11 days to receive the actual SIM card. Very poor customer service very long for shipping I live in Pennsylvania it's coming for California it typically takes 3 days for mail . But I would say 12 days is a bit long. For a refund and to not get a SIM card.
