3 stars purely for the color matching mix-up. I relied on a stylist's recommendation after sending in photos, but Pearl Blonde Highlight is far too icy/platinum for my warmer blonde hair. I wish the color matching process took undertones into account more accurately before recommending shades. I would return the hair extensions, but I don’t want to deal with the shipping fee costs and it’s always a hassle to return items.
