Be prepared to lose a lot of your time when asking for a refund for this outdated diet app
I signed up for the program but asked for a refund only a few days in, after realizing they give a generic 1,200 kcal base which is not adjusted to individual needs despite their claim that it is personalized based on the quiz. This makes it unworkable for a lot of people, and especially unsuited to menopausal women given the many factors that already come with menopause. Instead of processing the refund, I got a string of scripted replies pushing coaching calls and product suggestions I never asked for. Every response implied the problem was my adherence or flexibility, not the plan itself, despite me clearly explaining the actual issue each time. It has taken multiple emails and a lot of my time, and I am clearly not even close to getting my refund. If you're considering this program, know that raising a legitimate concern about the plan gets met with retention scripts, not a real response. Their refund promise is clearly not to be taken seriously.
