Luyanda was extremely courteous and explained the ticket I had purchaed to me. One quick suggestion: both the outbound and return feature the same date prominently at the top of the ticket...in my case 5th August. I called becasue it looked-to me- that it was a sme day return. Lower down, in much smaller print did it say "valid until 4th September May I suggest that you don't need to highlight the date of the Outbound trip so prominently? I'm sure that I'm not the only person who found it confusing
