Refreshingly good in the age of AI supports
Didn't have to go through an AI bot to actually talk to a human, which was very nice. Even though my problem wasn't fixed immediatly I was told they would forward it to the devs. Process was pretty quick with fast answers and if they needed any logs from my side they gave me an easy to follow guide.
