Ordering was fine but when I needed to cancel the order , due to the person that the order was for passed away, I was not completely satisfied with the process. In my previous experiences, Usually when an order is cancelled there is some type of email/ text confirmation stating the order has been cancelled but I did not receive this confirmation and when I called to speak to someone they stated that the order in deed had been cancelled but no email would be sent, just the verbal and when asked how long does it take for the refund to process I was told that it was unknown due to that part is taken care of by the accounts department. I asked if I could be transferred and was advised that a number was not available and the person I was speaking to did not know the number. Just some advice for returns , send a confirmation in writing and advise the customer upfront when they are canceling , an approximate timeframe ,when the refund should be credited. The representative I spoke with was friendly but firm no other information could be given except the order was cancelled. This is what makes people not utilize certain vendors/companies. Customer service should be one of the top priorities at companies this large and this experience was not 5 star rating, unfortunately.
