I called with a question about my bill. After she answered my question, the representative badgered me to make a payment by phone even though the bill is current and not due yet. Despite me repeatedly telling her this was obnoxious, she kept pestering me to tell her when I would make my payment. WHICH ISN’T DUE YET!
