Be careful about promises for delivery
We ordered a set of dinning chairs few months ago. Salesman said takes up to 12 weeks and gave us estimate of arrival in period of first week of July. We contacted Rove Concepts in the middle of July stating that we don’t care if it is taking more time but we going on Vacation. We were told don’t worry they will contact you when our order is arrived to Vancouver warehouse and then we can arrange delivery dates. But they delivered our ordered without any arrangement and even those automatic emails were not clear. Basically, their delivery system is out of control of customers. You buy an item and the item will show up at your door some time in future surprisingly. It is just ridiculous.
