The people were terrific
The people were terrific. The computer experience could use some tweaking. It wasn’t always clear who we were dealing with, at each step in the process our contact changed. At the same time, it wasn’t always clear exactly what we had completed and what currently needed to be done. Overall it has worked out beautifully. thanks, Rodney and Helen Johnson
