Well I knew it was too good to last
Love the service and perfectly happy with the way the clothing, sheets, towels come back to me fresh, clean and folded. However, pricing has gotten a bit wild. Initially, I was charged regular plus a small discount, that was great. The next time regular charge, that was great too. Unfortunately the last time it was double charged. Now it happened again today. Not sure why this is being done to me but would like to stay a customer. However, would like some explanation as to why the price hike now that I am so happy, you pull the rug on me! Why? I hope to get this resolved or I will no longer use or recommend. Thanks.
