Expedia.ca is a notorious website. It booked me a hotel in San Francisco for five nights at a high price of $1292.19 Canadian dollars. When I arrived at the hotel for check in , Ram's hotel at 80 - 9th Street, San Francsco.CA94103, the hotel entrance door was locked. There was no way to get in. There was no door bell. I knocked on the shabby wooden door of about 4 feet wide, there was no one to answer the door. In frustration I requested a full refund and was denied. I gave Expedia.ca 1 star is more than it deserves. The following message is my further reply to Expedia.ca 's negative response: This case sounds like a robbery in broad daylight! Please think about me. I was expecting to stay in Ram's hotel for five nights, out of the blue, I was denied entrance when I arrived at about 4 pm in the afternoon on July 20, 2026. I did not even have a chance to stay for one night. You robbed me $1292.19, my lifetime hard-earned money. I will fight for justice! Please do provide me your legal full name and address, just to make sure I am suing the right party.
