Scott had great customer service, easy to understand.
彻底、快速、简单。
乔恩非常友善和彻底。这个过程快速而简单，虽然我们有一些时间冲突，但他非常乐于助人。总的来说，这是一次很好的体验。我们将来还会再次使用并推荐。
Great customer service!
Yesenia was very helpful and friendly!
Excited to try - Huge disappointment
I was so excited to try Overtone. Unfortunately, none of it worked. It was super dull color, nothing even remotely close to what the pictures show. I wasn't expecting it to look like that anyway, but was hoping for something. I bought maybe 6 or so different colors and none of it worked. Reds, oranges, blues, green. None of it. :( Then I tried to send it back. I wrote to them and was supposed to hear back from someone with instructions. It never happened. I still have jars of this stuff that doesn't work. My hair felt nice and soft, so maybe I would have tried the conditioner in exchange, but no return instructions or customer service got back to me.
