I purchased my plan a while ago but unfortunately I took a heart attack which has left me struggling with my health unfortunately I didn't get to even start my plan I have just reached out to explain my situation and they have given me a full refund considering my ill health you would not get that anywhere else his email was so nice and comforting which has meant alot to me 💯 service 10/10 thank you so much for your help and compassion.
