I will be giving up this app after my 28-day trial. Main complaint is that I find it hard to follow the instructions as the performer faces you, so his right ls your left. This is not consistently the case, which is even more confusing. Also, the performer wears black clothing, and sometimes it is hard to discern which arm or leg is actually moving. Most on-line programs recognize this issue (see Yes2Next for example) and their directions recognize the mirroring effect and help you move the intended limbs.
