Renew with 10x the original price
They were able to automatically renew my account at an exorbitant price. Their website advertises a starting price of $4 per month, but one day I woke up and had to pay $300! A total rip-off. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Zero out of five if I could. Another big company using shady techniques to get your money.
