Their redirects do not work and they are no help
Their redirects do not work. Customer service is no help. I explained to them that multiple people tried the web domain and it didn't load - across MULTIPLE browsers and devices. They just kept saying it was a browser issue. When a redirect doesn't work across MULTIPLE browsers and devices and people, it isn't a single browser issue - it's a NAMECHEAP issue. I am taking all my domains and leaving for a more reputable company.
