Wouldn't transfer my number
Wouldn't transfer my number and made up a lot of things. During my attempts to transfer over to Mint, I spoke to a number of people and they all did the same thing, made inaccurate and untrue statements. When I asked them for the information on their website, they struggled to find it and when we read it together, it said something completely different. It was bizarre. I spent a lot of time on the phone with them and they struggled and then made up an excuse.
