Helpful and Attentive
Laura was the most helpful representative that I’ve spoken to through several conversations I’ve had over the past month with other companies. She was open and understanding to my financial situation. She provided advice without pushing what I should do.

Customer service is impossible to reach by phone. Our appliance has been broken for 2 weeks, and we still haven't received a replacement notice. The main service number doesn't allow you to transfer to a person. Our worst mistake was choosing this company. The repair company was awesome, Amd very helpful on their end. Phil

The best quickest service out there!
London is the absolute best at what she does! Very sweet & professional. So glad I found Heights Finance for the quick help I needed!
