First Time Experience…
This was my 1st time using a laundry service. I'll start with the positive: my laundry came back clean, neatly folded, and was returned the next day. Unfortunately, the pickup process was incredibly frustrating. I left my laundry out at 6:45 a.m. before work and relied on the app for updates, as instructed. Throughout the day, the app continued to say my driver was "preparing for pickup." When I contacted customer service around 3:30 p.m., I was told my laundry had not been picked up yet & to continue to check the app for updates. Later that evening, another agent told me it had actually been picked up at 8:00 a.m. Then, around midnight, I received a text saying I was next for pickup, followed 15 minutes later by another text saying it had just been picked up. The app, text messages, and customer service all contradicted one another. As a first-time customer, this made me genuinely question whether my laundry had been lost or stolen. Thankfully, it was returned the next day exactly as promised, and the quality of the wash and fold was good. For about $60 for two 13-gallon trash bags, I expected a much smoother experience. The laundry itself was great, but the inaccurate tracking and conflicting communication were enough that I'll likely try a different service next time.
