I will never stay here again and I will…
Huntersville, North Carolina…I will never stay here again and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have been checked in 24 hrs and Have already had to switch rooms due to intense smoke smell in my non smoking room that caused me to have a breathing treatment. All of the amenities that you are booking for here are not available. Like the pool which first was closed for renovations but then that changed to chemicals and won’t be working until Monday now.🤔 Ice machine out of order! Washer and dryer OUT OF ORDER! Which is super inconvenient since you booked this hotel because of the amenities. I do not recommend this hotel and will never recommend it again
