I had a terrible experience with this perfume store. I placed an order over 20 days ago, and every time I contact them, they keep saying, “It will be shipped within 48 hours.” More than 20 days later, my order still hasn’t even left their warehouse. They keep making promises they don’t keep, and their customer service is nothing but excuses and delays. I do not recommend buying from them. If they couldn’t fulfill the order, they should have been honest instead of wasting their customers’ time.
