I recently had Rove Concepts arrange a sofa pickup from my home, and what followed was one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer experiences I've had. The drivers contracted by Rove Concepts — from Treadstone Logistics Ltd. — damaged my brand new door during the visit and left without taking any responsibility. What made it worse was the state of the two drivers themselves. They visibly struggled to move furniture that presented no real challenge, and at one point actually asked me for food and drink because they didn't have the energy to get through the job. It was unprofessional from start to finish. It has now been four days since the damage occurred and neither Rove Concepts nor Treadstone Logistics has reached out to me. I had to contact my own door supplier to obtain a repair quote just to get the ball rolling. The silence from both companies has been completely unacceptable. Rove Concepts, you are responsible for the contractors you choose to represent your brand. This experience has reflected very poorly on your company, and I strongly urge you to reconsider your partnership with Treadstone Logistics. I am actively pursuing all options available to me to ensure this is resolved, and I will not be letting this go.
