The person who answered my called was well informed and explained all the options clearly. I felt like it was handled very easily and professionally. I accidentally ordered the wrong sized table and I’ll be receiving the correct one in just a few weeks - really excellent customer service.
I was using Wally Park for the first time. I could not find them, so I called, but no one answered to give me directions. So, I could only cancel and use the Philadelphia lot. Wally Park refused any refund, even a partial refund (I offered to pay for one day). They will charge me for the full 3 days. Instead, they offered a membership. No Thanks!
