I’ve bought several iPhones from Gazelle and they all arrived in pristine, working condition. At this point I doubt I would buy a new one directly from Apple. Gazelle gives me a model and price range that suits my budget and I don’t feel pressure to exceed what I want to pay. I’m very happy.
