SCAM!!
SCAM!!! I ordered a photo book with rush delivery for my husband anniversary, they said it will be ready and delivered by the 6th of July. Today it’s 12 and it has not been delivered!!! It is late for the occasion. I sent a dozen emails asking about the timing, there is a bot answering, so zero customer service. Now I’m asking a refund, but there is no one to ask! To sum up, no photobook, no money, no reply…
