TERRIBLE Customer Service!!! Joshua, the booking agent, lied to me about an early check in. I reserved a room at Rocky Creek Inn in Lucedale MS and requested an early check in because I work the night shift and he assured me I could check in at 6:30 a.m. When I got there the reservation had nothing on it about the early check in. Upon calling Reservation Desk and giving them my confirmation number, they would not honor what was agreed to during the reservation booking. The problem was "escalated" but would not be looked at for 5-7 days. The reservation was also booked with another credit card than the one I gave them. The incompetence of the Supervisor and her inability to go back and edit a booking to include what was agreed on during a recorded conversation was stunning. I would not recommend this company at all. I was in the MS 107' heat & 90% humidity for 8 hours due to ineptitude. They did not care at all & just repeated they could not honor the reservation while offering me no solutions. TERRIBLE Customer Service.
