Someone was supposed to be here at 2:20 but didn’t show up until 4:30. I tried to get updates on the link but it kept saying the same time. I tried calling and it just connected me to an AI agent who said I couldn’t be connected to a live agent. The tech.said that he was down the street sitting in his car for over an hour and said he couldn’t come until it indicated on his program that he finished his last job.
