Great Communication and Service!
One feature I really love about the HappyNest service is their communication tools. You're able to track laundry pick-up & drop-off times live through the app and website. They also send you notifications by email and text as a reminder if you opt in. I can be out and about running errands and my wife can be at home doing tasks, yet we're always aware of the progress of our laundry. It's super convenient!
