Import duties and admin fee CHF 30 refund
Hello Creation watches, when you order the watch it is in fact not clear that the watch comes from Singapore. I ordered two watches and I like the watches, for one I had to pay around 30 CHF duties and administration fees. For the second also but when trying to pay it I can not pay it so it seems paid already by you (?) do you know. So I spend quite some time trying to pay it and it does not work, do you refund me the CHF 30? It should be better indicated in case there is yes or no duties and administration fees as the watch is suddenly CHF 30 more expensive so I can chose to buy it in Switzerland so I do not have the extra cost. Thank you for giving your feedback. Kind regards
