Take the time to let me share my experiences with you!
In reading some other reviews, yes agreed, much of what they offer can be found free on the internet. HOWEVER, the coach I was paired with personalized EVERYTHING specifically to my needs, ie: cooking needs for my household, physical issues like knee pain, arthritis, etc. The plan was very personalized!! He kept in touch with me at least weekly but when I reached out to him, even when he was on vacation, I never went longer than 12 hours without hearing from him! The coaching was very positive and re-enforcing. But my BIGGEST and most gratifying comment was that they were NOT pushy!!! In fact, the first coach I was put in touch with spent a 45 minute session online with me yet when I chose NOT to put the money they were requesting (I am very, very skeptical of online scams!!!), he did not pressure me and just said, I’m here if you change your mind!! And then, upon taking what I considered a big risk, I contacted V-Shred back and was contacted by another coach. I explained my trepidation and reasonings behind it - Matt assured me we would work together for a 3 month trial period, AT A DISCOUNT ….. I was provided with ALL the information I was guaranteed, never charged a penny more than agreed to, NEVER pressured for more purchases AND …. Here we go : when the 3 month period was over and I reached out, coach Matt and I agreed that I had learned soooo much from him and was well on my way with my lessons - and that was it!!! Not even ONCE was there an inquiry of going further or more money being put out!!!! Now ….. thanks to Matt always bringing it to my attention, I PIT IN THR WORK, and that’s where I’ve been successful! But I wouldn’t be in this positive position without his help and guidance, always bringing there for me! Thank you Matt!!! Plus, when I asked if I could stay in touch to share my continued success (which I KNOW will follow!!), coach Matt and his sales Rep were very receptive to that too! They want to hear about my continued success!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you are serious!!!!
