I seen their ad on Facebook and figured why not and bought 4 knives. Everything was good until they phoned me and started up selling their sheaths. I said I was more interested in their roller sharpener and they sold me that. I received my package and it was the the sharpener block instead. I phoned them internationally and wracked up 30$ in charges to have them fumble my call 3 times. I was put on hold and asked if they could phone me back and never did. They told me that I had to pay the shipping to return the wrong product and I would have to buy the roller that I was led to believe I already bought. All in all I would have been fine with just the knives which aren't actually all that great but am slighted by the unnecessary phone bill and the fact they had no problem phoning me to upsell but inability to correct.
